This suit was brought to recover $25,000 deposited to the credit of the plaintiff in the defendant bank. The suit was filed by the state bank examiner, as liquidator; the plaintiff having failed after making the deposit.
The defendant, domiciled in Mobile, Ala., was brought into court by an attachment of its property in the parish of West Feliciana, and by service of citation upon a curator ad hoc.
