Appellees filed their bill in the circuit court of McDonough county to construe the will of Henry E. Rogers, deceased, and to quiet title to certain property devised thereby. The bill sets out that the appellant claims an interest in the property devised by the testator as the widow of one of his sons and as the executrix and sole devisee and legatee of the deceased son. The bill also sets out the will and alleges that appellant has no interest in the estate of Henry F. Rogers, deceased.
