In an action for a judgment declaring, inter alia, the parties’ respective rights under a lease agreement, the defendants appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Gurahian, J.), entered August 24, 1988, which granted the plaintiff’s motion for a Yellowstone injunction (see, First Natl. Stores v Yellowstone Shopping Center, 21 NY.2d 630).

Ordered that the order is reversed, on the law, with costs, and the motion is denied.
