SUMMARY ORDER

Petitioner, Xue Feng Jin, a native and citizen of China, seeks review of an August 20, 2010, decision of the BIA affirming the October 30, 2008, decision of Immigration Judge (“IJ”) Barbara A. Nelson denying his application for asylum, withholding of removal, and relief under the Convention Against Torture (“CAT”). In re Xue Feng Jin, No. A088 775 717 (B.I.A.
