This is an appeal from the judgment of the Superior Court of Marion County, Room 2, against appellees, defendants below, in an action brought by appellant for a declaratory judgment and for an injunction against the appellees, boards and officials.

Appellant’s complaint alleged that Chapter 283 of the Acts of the General Assembly of Indiana, 1955 1 was invalid, being in contravention of numerous asserted provisions of the Constitution of the State of Indiana and the Constitution of the United States.
