OPINION

{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant Daryl L. Evans appeals from a judgment of conviction and sentence, following a jury trial, for Assault, a fifth-degree felony. Evans's sole contention is that the trial court did not correctly calculate the jail-time credit. The record reflects that the trial court, in its sentencing entry, incorporated a calculation of a jail-time credit in the amount of 78 days, which was set forth in its warrant to convey, issued to the sheriff.
