The plaintiff in error, widow of Charles Becker, deceased, filed her bill in the circuit court of St. Clair county against the defendants in error, the administrator and heirs of her deceased husband, praying the court to declare an instrument purporting to be an ante-nuptial contract void on the ground that it was executed after the marriage of the parties, and to set aside a waiver of her right to administer on her husband’s estate, and also a deed made by her to his heirs, and to decree to her a widow’s award and other statutory rights in the estate.
