The above-styled case was regularly set down for trial on June 15, 1971, and after hearing and considering the evidence and arguments of counsel, the Court makes the following Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law:

FINDINGS OF FACT

1. Plaintiffs have brought this suit to recover damages from the defendant for breach of its implied warranty in the sale of a vessel and for her negligent construction.
