I. INTRODUCTION
Bay Area Injury Rehab Specialists Holdings, Inc. (BAIRS), a health care provider, appeals a nonfinal order denying class certification of a putative class of providers who opted out of a prior class action settlement and dismissing claims for declaratory and injunctive relief. We have jurisdiction over class certification and injunction issues. See Fla. Const., art. V, § 4(b)(1);' Fla. RApp. P. 9.130(a)(3)(B), and (a)(3)(C)(vi).
