YARRUT, Judge.

Defendant appeals from a judgment dismissing his reconventional demand and awarding plaintiff property damage, which resulted from an inters ectional collision involving their respective vehicles.

The collision occurred at the intersection of Patterson, Lavergne and Morgan Streets in (Algiers) New Orleans. Patterson and Morgan Streets, major roads leading to the Algiers ferry, situated at the foot of Morgan Street, intersect at approximately a 45-degree angle.
