Slade ) MEMORANDUM OPINION GRANTING U.S. TRUSTEE’S MOTION TO DISMISS The Bankruptcy Code provides a process for the honest but unfortunate debtor to obtain a discharge and fresh start. The Bankruptcy Code is not a strategy for last-minute estate planning. For that reason and others discussed below, the U.S. Trustee’s motion to dismiss (Dkt.
