This is an appeal and cross appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Delaware County, confirming-a report of Commissioners of Appraisal.

Involved in the instant appeals are 11 business damage claims and one real estate damage claim arising pursuant to section K51-44.0 of the Administrative Code of the City of New York out of the acquisition by the City of New York of real property in Delaware County for the construction of the Cannonsville Reservoir.
