This was a suit brought by Lila Crawford and ethers, as heirs at law of Richmond Crawford, deceased, to recover an undivided half of a tract of land containing five hundred and fifty-three acres, against Warren Stone and L. M. Nicholson. Plea, “ not guilty,” and a suggestion of purchase in good faith and the making of *606valuable improvements, and also that the debts of the estate exceeded the assets of the estate, and that all the means, assets and property of the estate were exhausted by the executors and appropriated to the payment of the debts of the estate.
