DECISION AND ORDER

CURRAN, District Judge.

Counsel for Dolores Lee, the plaintiff in the above-captioned social security action, has filed a “Motion for Attorneys Fees and Expenses Pursuant to the Equal Access to Justice Act [EAJA], 28 U.S.C. Section 2412(E) (sic), and 42 U.S.C. Section 406.” Lee’s attorney asks this court to order the Secretary to pay him $3,564.00 in fees pursuant to the EAJA for 36.10 hours of work performed before the district court.
