These are two proceedings under the workmen’s compensation act. The first case is the employee’s petition under the provisions of G. L. 1956, §28-33-19, as amended by P. L. 1959, chap. 163, to obtain specific compensation in addition to all other compensation for an injury suffered to- his right leg. The second case is a petition by the employer to review a preliminary agreement under which the employee was receiving compensation for total incapacity at the rate of $32 per week.
