HOFFMAN, JUSTICE.

This is an appeal from a decision of the County Court of Madison County, sitting without a jury, finding that the defendant is the father of plaintiff’s child under the Paternity Act. Ill Rev Stats 1961, c 106%, §§ 51-66.

No brief or appearance has been filed by the plaintiff, and the defendant in this appeal makes the complaint that he was unjustly deprived of his right to have the issue decided by a jury; as is provided by Section 6 of the Act.
