Beatrice Pierce 1 was convicted by a jury in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City of manslaughter, the use of a handgun in the commission of a crime and transporting a handgun. She was committed to the custody of the Division of Correction for seven years for the manslaughter conviction, with concurrent sentences of seven years for the use of a handgun, and three years for transporting a handgun.
