12Pefendant, Kevin Alexander, Jr., appeals his March 21, 2012 conviction for one count of armed robbery with a firearm, in violation of La. R.S. 14:64 and La. R.S. 14:64.3, alleging that the evidence adduced at trial was insufficient to find him guilty of armed robbery with a firearm beyond a reasonable doubt. Specifically, defendant contends that it was manifestly erroneous for the jury to find him guilty based upon the testimony of the victim, where the evidence established that the victim is a known drug addict with a history of reporting people for committing…
