ERICKSTAD, Chief Justice.

In this case, William R. Mills appeals from a judgment of the district court of Burleigh County which dismissed his action and imposed sanctions upon him.

Mills initiated his lawsuit in the district court of Burleigh County by complaint dated November 12, 1973, wherein two causes of action were asserted.
