MEMORANDUM OPINION
AUSTIN, District Judge.
This cause is once again before me following a two-week contempt hearing which took place in April of this year. The Defendant, Mr. Louis Beck, appeared pursuant to this court’s Order to Show Cause, dated February 9,1976. That order directed Beck to show cause why he should not be held in contempt of court for violating an injunction issued in 1970 following a jury trial.
