FABE, Chief Justice.

I. INTRODUCTION

The divorcee of Gary and Nancy Green required division of marital assets that included land, cabins, and airplanes. The trial court determined that all assets were marital property, even those that had been brought into the marriage as separate property, and that an equal division of assets was equitable. Gary challenges the trial court's findings that he intended to transmute his separate property into marital property.
