This matter is before the Court on the motions of the Defendant/Counter-Claimant, Coen Company, to quash service of process on Plaintiff’s (Kerr Contracting Corp.) second amended motion for judgment; and Plaintiff’s motion for leave to file Cross-Claim and Third Party Motion for Judgment.
