Determination of the respondents dated September 17, 1973, unanimously modified, on the law, to the extent of annulling the finding of guilt on the charge contained in case numbered 46555, vacating the penalty of dismissal and remanding the matter for reconsideration of the penalty. As so modified, the determination is confirmed, without costs and without disbursements.
