CUDAHY, Circuit Judge.

In these consolidated appeals, defendants Henry White, Raymond Council and Ber*1180nard Rogers appeal their criminal convictions in a bench trial for possession of heroin with intent to distribute. The United States also appeals from two rulings in a related attempt to have defendant Henry White forfeit $38,394 in currency seized during the criminal investigation.
