This disciplinary matter arises from formal charges filed by the Office of Disci plinary Counsel (“ODC”) against respondent, H. Edward Ellzey, Jr., an attorney licensed to practice law in Louisiana but currently on interim suspension for threat of harm to the public. In re: Ellzey, 07-0729 (La.4/12/07), 953 So.2d 813.
