PLEASANTS, Associate Justice.

— Appellee sued to recover the Jordan West league of land, situated in Liberty County. He deraigned title from the grantee himself, showing a continuous chain of written conveyances, with one missing link — from the State to himself — the missing link being conveyance from the grantee to James Morgan; and this link the plaintiff undertook to establish by circumstantial evidence.
