This is an action of ejectment which was started in the circuit court of St. Clair county, by Thomas Sawyer Spivey and Elizabeth Ann Spivey, both minors and heirs-at-law of Allan T. Spivey, by their respective guardians against the Spivey Building Corporation, and various other defendants hereinafter mentioned. These plaintiffs claim to own an undivided two-ninths interest in certain real estate in East St. Louis, Illinois, which is improved with a large office building known as the Spivey Building, the property of the Spivey Building Corporation.
