OPINION
BRANDT, Bankruptcy Judge:
In the words of the Prophet Yogi, 2 “if you don’t know where you’re going, when you get there you’ll be lost.” This appeal demonstrates the validity of that observation.
Appellant-debtor, Sameer Lakhany (“Lakhany”), appeals the Bankruptcy Court’s Order Granting Relief from Stay (“Order”). in favor of appellee-creditor, Kamran Nihal Khan (“Khan”). 3 We conclude that the bankruptcy court abused its discretion by applying an incorrect legal standard in considering Khan’s Motion for Relief from Stay (“Motion”).
