ORDER
William Dunne has filed two appeals, which we consolidate for purposes of decision. In the first appeal, no. 02-2830, Mr. Dunne appeals from the district court’s denial of his petition for a writ of habeas corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2241 challenging the United States Parole Commission’s decision to deny him parole and its refusal to set a release date for him. In no. 02-3829, Mr. Dunne appeals from the district court’s dismissal of his petition for a writ of mandamus directing prison authorities to properly handle grievances he filed.
