*148This action was commenced on the chancery side of the District Court by the Columbus Company against O. Perry Hurford and others, who claimed to be the owners of the franchise and privileges secured to the Elkhorn and Loupe Fork Bridge and Ferry Company, to establish and enforce a claim set up by the complainant to an interest in said bridge and ferry company, and to be admitted, to membership therein, and to share in its earnings and profits.
