KLINGEMAN, Justice.

This is a suit to set aside probate of a will as a muniment of title. Appellee, Hazel Woodward, filed an original action for probate of the will involved as a muniment of title in Cause No. 144,218, on October 13, 1976, in the County Court of Bexar County, Texas. Citation was by posting, and the order admitting the will to probate as a muniment of title was signed by the trial court on October 26, 1976.
