TURNAGE, Presiding Judge.

Dennis Routh brought suit against Burlington Northern and its agent, Dale Banning, for false imprisonment, conversion and slander.1 The court entered judgment on the jury verdict in favor of Routh on the claim for false imprisonment and awarded $20,000 in actual damages, $50,000 punitive damages against Burlington Northern, and $50,000 punitive damages against Banning.
