In Re the Estate of Greenfield

William L. Greenfield, Janet Tenesch and Nancy Schmidt, as appellants, appeal from an order of the District Court, First Judicial District, Lewis and Clark County, granting summary judgment in favor of Thomas Marx, personal representative of the estate of Merlynn Greenfield, as respondent.
