Timothy Dwight Edge appeals the denial of his motion for a new trial following his conviction for one count of peeping Tom. Edge argues that (1) there was insufficient evidence to support the verdict, (2) juror misconduct contributed to his guilty verdict, (3) the trial court erred by admitting certain evidence pursuant to Rule 404 (b), and (4) he received ineffective assistance.
