DECISION

Before this Court is the Defendant's motion to suppress evidence seized from his backpack and statements that he made, after the car in which he was traveling as a passenger was pulled over by the Coventry Police. The Defendant moves to suppress a .357 Smith and Wesson revolver that the police discovered in the backpack as well as two statements in which he claimed ownership of the backpack.
