Appellee brought suit in replevin against appellant before a justice of the peace in Boas Township in Lawrence County to recover possession of a red Irish setter bitch. The case found its way by appeal to the eastern district of the circuit court of said county, where it was tried to a jury under proper instructions, resulting in a verdict and judgment against appellant, from which is this appeal.
