This matter came before the Court on the Motion for Sanctions Against General Electric Capital Corporation for Violating § 1141, the Permanent Injunction Under § 524 and Injunctions in the Debtor’s Confirmed Plan of Reorganization (“Motion”) 1 filed by Dynamic Tours & Transportation, Inc., the reorganized Debtor herein (“Debtor”) against General Electric Capital Corporation herein (“GE”).
