Introduction
Rudy Harris appeals from his conviction by a jury of the robbery (Pen. Code, § 211a) and the attempted robbery of two taxicab drivers. The defendant was also found guilty of using a deadly weapon (Pen. Code, § 12022, subd. (b)) under each count. After the verdicts were announced, the defendant voluntarily waived further trial and admitted each of two prior robbery convictions set forth in the first amended information.
