Calvin L. Collier appeals from judgments of conviction for two counts of second-degree sexual assault and two counts of child enticement and from orders denying his motion to dismiss on double jeopardy grounds and his motion for postconviction relief. Collier was convicted after a fourth jury trial. Collier alleges that his double jeopardy rights were violated when the trial court improperly granted the State's request for a mistrial (during the second trial) and ordered a new trial (the third trial).
