Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Fulton County (Albanese, J.), rendered November 24,1980, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crimes of murder in the second degree, felony murder and *938kidnapping in the first degree. On August 15, 1979, at 6:00 p.m., the State Police came to defendant’s home during the course of their investigation of the kidnapping and stabbing of one Celene Edwards.
