Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings *935County, rendered September 3, 1974, convicting her of felony murder, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence. Judgment reversed, on the law and as a matter of discretion in the interest of justice, and new trial ordered. The evidence connecting defendant with this crime was completely circumstantial. There were no eyewitnesses to the actual slaying, and the testimony implicating defendant was supplied by a woman who had a prior history of mental illness, had been a drug user for nine years, had admitted having a "fix” of…
