Patricia Jaquay (Claimant) appeals from an order of the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board (Board) which affirmed an order of the Workers’ Compensation Judge (WCJ) which granted Claimant’s Claim Petition but also held that the liability of Central Property Services (Employer) for medical expenses incurred by Claimant on or after August 31, 1993, was controlled by the provisions of Section 306(f.1)(3) of the Workers’ Compensation Act (Act), 1 as amended by the Act of July 2, 1993, P.L. 190, commonly referred to as Act 44.
