BURNELL, J., pro fern.

The appellant, appearing in propria persona throughout these proceedings, filed in the Superior Court a verified document entitled “Petition for Court Order,” which, although obviously prepared without legal assistance, may be here regarded as it was in the court below, as a petition for a writ of mandate. Omitting most of the numerous conclusions of law stated in the petition it contains the following allegations of fact: Petitioner was employed by the respondent as a secondary grade teacher on September 1, 1912, and continued as such until his discharge “without cause”…
