Judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County (Dennis Edwards, Jr., J.), rendered on January 15, 1988, convicting defendant Michael Olaskowitz, following a jury trial, of 22 counts of sodomy in the second degree, three counts of sodomy in the third degree and one count of conspiracy in the fifth degree and sentencing him to an aggregate total of indeterminate concurrent and consecutive terms of imprisonment of from 10 to 20 years, is unanimously reversed on the law and the matter remanded for a new trial.
