OPINION & ORDER AFFIRMING DECISION OF THE BANKRUPTCY COURT

Appellants Mahmoud Rahim and Raya Abdulhussain (“Appellants” or “Debtors”) filed this bankruptcy appeal on December 27, 2010. Appellants appeal the final ruling of Hon. Steven W. Rhodes in Bankruptcy Case No. 10-57577, in which the bankruptcy court granted Creditors’ motion to dismiss Debtors’ Chapter 7 case pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 707(a).
