I. Introduction
In four issues, appellant Thomas Lester Harper appeals his murder conviction. We affirm.
II. Factual and Procedural Background
On December 14, 2011, at around 1:40 p.m., while under the influence of marijuana, Harper was driving his Tahoe SUV on Collins Street in Arlington, Texas. His two-year-old twins were in the back seat. 1 As Harper’s vehicle approached the intersection of Collins and Washington, the Tahoe sideswiped the back of another vehicle that had stopped for the red light.
