Plaintiff, Gladys Dean Alexander, filed suit in Peoria County against Florence Leihenseder to recover damages for personal injury and property damage based on defendant’s negligence. The action resulted from a collision between plaintiff’s southbound automobile and defendant’s westbound automobile at the intersection of Allen Street and First Street in Peoria, Illinois.
