American National Insurance Company appeals from the summary judgment of the circuit court in favor of the respondents, Block Properties Company, Inc., and R.H. Sailors & Company Real Estate, on their petition for declaratory judgment. The action below results from a bankruptcy proceeding in which Food Barn Stores, Inc.
