ALMOND, Judge.

This is an appeal from the decision of the Patent Office Board of Appeals affirming the rejection of the sole remaining claim of appellant’s application entitled “Seal for Track Links.”1

The invention relates to a metal-to-metal seal which serves to keep abrasive material such as sand and gravel dust out of the area where adjacent crawler-type tractor tread links are pivotally joined together.
