STATE FARM MUTUAL AUTOMOBILE INSURANCE COMPANY v. JAMES ADAMSON. Following an automobile accident, James Adamson filed suit against the other driver, and State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company (“State Farm”) answered and filed a cross-claim.
